It combines traditionally high quality of cleaning and dust removing of down and feather or synthetic filler with additional comfort for our clients.
The Unit «Vita Start optima +» is a modification of the Unit «Vita Start Optima» which has additional block – a vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner can work separately or together with the machine. The portable vacuum cleaner will allow you to set it up so that you feel comfortable working in a workshop or a car.
The cost of the machine is 1200 $
The features of the equipment
The Unit «Vita Start optima+» is two-step dedusting at the inlet and outlet of the cleaning unit with a system of forced dust removing by vacuum pumps and a vacuum unit, which is designed as a part of the machine.
Block - vacuum cleaner has a vacuum motor, so it can be used separately, not butted to the equipment and can be installed anywhere you want.
Block - vacuum cleaner has a rather large size. An old pillow-case is used as a trash bag. Its size can be 80 x 80. This is very important. Now you can work all day on the equipment without changing the trash bag.
New equipment provides new service! You can treat pillows under vacuum to reduce its size.

2. Booklet, DVD disc with teaching videos, full package of documents for the equipment (Certification and Sanitary-Epidemiological Conclusion on the equipment.)
3. Set of tools and accessories for the operator (hose-nozzle distance for filling the hopper, vacuum nozzle, nozzle for filling quilts, a shelf for attachments, a shelf for tools, mixing and probe for verification of filler).
4. 4 pillow-cases as a sample (70x70, 60x60, 50x70, 40x40).
